Our specialty. Thick-cut apples spiced warm rather than sweet, under a brown-sugar crumble that runs edge to edge.

Sharp and cool in a buttery graham crust, with cream and lime on top. Served cold.

Slow-roasted sweet potato whipped smooth, gently spiced, baked only until it sets.
